Of course many European countries are doing great, but Turkey (still not an EU member) is doing much better in Tourism, Finance, Business, Exports etc.. than most european countries.
So If it’s not religion and not Turkey’s history (Armenian & Assyrian genocide) then why are they still not accepting it in the EU?

Turkey is not doing great economically. You have such a misinformation. Turkey is doing normal. Not so good, not so bad. Normal. EU has its own reasons not to accept Turkey. The reasons are religion, culture, history, politics exc. If it was enough to call a person European just because he was rich, we would be calling every rich men on earth as European. And besides; We are NOT European…

It has nice climate. No need for gas bills as heating isn’t as necessary in the winter. The climate also helps in tourism. The 80 million population is well balanced with enough young people to support the old. However its not doing as it should considering its natural advantage. But then again African countries have even more resources then Turkey so I suppose you can give the government some credit for using the country’s natural advantage for good use.
