Once it fails, libs will claim it was the fault of republicans and big business.

Like how libs are using HMO’s as their rally-cry for a change in the health-care industry even though it was the brain-child of Hillary Clinton who platformed on it while first lady and senator. We called it "Hillary-care" or better yet "scare-care" which it exactly what it has turned out to be. The government mandating how the insurance industry should handle patients under its care. Now they want to go full-bore into total government health-care while expecting different results. The fact that congress and federal unions are being exempted from the public option should set off alarms in any sane person.

If anything it should create more jobs in America.

And if you care about stopping the offshoring of jobs (a legitimate concern), where were you while Bush was in office? They couldn’t export the jobs fast enough! Halliburton (Cheney’s company) exported itself to Dubai, where I understand he now resides. How’s that for sending jobs out of the country?
