I’m looking for a supplier which sells A4 sized paper made from kenaf-pulp. If possible, a supplier based in Singapore or Malaysia. I would need to get between 100-200 sheets only.

Try to search supplier/distributor in alibaba.com
there are two available in Malaysia, 1. Dee Ban Kenafu Sdn. Bhd. and 2. Maxgreen Enterprise.
Since you only need 100-200 sheets, specific size is needed before you order.
But most Distributor/Supplier didn’t sell in retail, so try to go to your nearby shopping mall selling office supplies and similar items that your looking. Try also to ask your friends and neighbors.
