I would hire her in a heartbeat, simply because ANYONE who can make it through gender transition has the determination and willpower to accomplish ANYTHING.
SHE is a woman, and always has been. She was born with a physical birth condition that caused her body to develop male, and she corrected it. Her brain has ALWAYS been female.
