They have nothing BUT manpower! What they don’t have is caring. Remember, this is a society where life is so cheap that 5000 miners died in s last year. s which happen REGULARLY. If they don’t care about their own people, why should they care about US?

China doesn’t care about the safety and health of its own people, what makes us think they will care about ours?
They have all the manpower they need for just about any purpose. It’s just not important to them, and it won’t be important to them until we stop buying their crap. Let the President call for a six-month moratorium on imports from China, see how fast they change their tune.

They don’t have manpower problem, they don’t have enough qualified people to carry out the work.
For short term, I would suggest, the companies, which import goods in large volumes,employ some of there own qualified people in there respective field to do the supervising on site.
There is a huge potential, for companies with qualified people to go to China and make lot of money.
