I have been a csr before and it can be very challenging at times. Some of my most frustrating calls is dealing with people who don’t really understand or speak broken english and elderly people who do not understand. Hope these help.

how bout a mother trying to get answers while dealing with her needy children in the background. it seems every time i need to make a call, all of a sudden the twins gotta potty, want juice, she took my ball, etc..lol very frustrating for csr, but they should be patient and understanding. stay-at-home mommy is tough job
