Do you think showing APATHY to an EX works? Please give your opinions.?

by admin on February 18, 2010

From past evidence I have noticed that when you show Apathy (not showing much interest in the person) works or has made them want you back. I just wanted others opinions??

I agree. It seems that when you want them, they don’t want you. But when you don’t want them, they want you! It’s annoying.

It sounds good, but it’s not good to constantly show apathy. Suppose that both you and your ex want each other back and both of you show apathy to each other all the time. Not much hope.

Yes, that works most of the time.

But be prepared to loose that other person is he/she does not get the message or respond to such action at all.

Well Janel, there are two things you can do. If you are still interested in your ex, just say it and wait for the answer. The second thing is, whatever the answer you get, do not show apathy nor indifference, but show that you have self esteem and love for yourself and that no matter what the future brings you very alive and ready for life. With company or with yourself.

I don’t think there is anything that is sure to work in a relationship. Relationship in itself is unpredictable. Apathy only works on ex that : (1) has not got over his /her relationship with you, (2) finds it a challenge to go after people who are not interested in them, (3) Undecided on whether breaking up with you is the right decision.

If your ex has no more feelings for you, and you show apathy towards him/her, chances are he/she would take it as a sign that you have moved on as well and he/she would do the same. So your tactic only works depending on the situation you are in….
