Well im into Ladies Footwears business pls can anyone explain me how to start exporting and i know a licencse is required how to get that and wht are the docs required for that..Im from mumbai pls any experience person let me know the details..
Based on product, import licence may be required. To my knowledge, your product does not need import Licence.
Of course, for import / export of any goods out of India, one needs to have importer exporter code (IEC). You have to approach local office of Director General of Foreign Trade and submit application along with some basic documents. Link for application format and instructions for filing given below:
