How can I export a 1 year old Mercedes to Europe without paying import taxes and excise tax?

I need to export the vehicle to a relative. The problem: all import taxes to the European Union make it costly. I heard that i can register a company in the US for my relative and register the vehicle here under the company name. Once in Europe (Bulgaria) the vehicle can be driven with US plates? Do you know if this is true and how it works?
